Tenontosaurus the sinewy lizard lived in the areas of Wyoming and Montana in North America. A herbivorous eater of ferns, tree ferns, cycades, conifer and ginko trees. At a length of 7 meters and a browsing height of 3 meters there would have been a lot of vegetation Tenontosaurus could eat. The environment that it lived in was a sub-tropical climate with river deltas, flood plains, and forests with swampy inlets.
