Iguanodon was a large herbivore from the Cretaceous era. It's fossils have been found in Europe with the largest find of 30 skeletons found in a Belgian coal mine. Distinctive features include large thumb spikes, which were possibly used for defence against predators, combined with long prehensile fifth fingers able to forage for food.Meaning: Iguana Tooth
