Corythosaurus is known as the duck billed dinosaur form the cretaceous with fossils found in North America. The distinctive crest is similar to that of the Australian Cassowary crossed with a Helmet. The function of the crest is thought to be vocalisation and the sound would have echoed around the forest similar to the Cassowary who's distinctive drum can be heard across the forest.
