Dinosaurs Galore Monthly Competition Entry Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

  1. This competition is organised by The Trustee for the Whish Jacka Trading Trust T/A Dinosaurs Galore (Dinosaurs Galore), ABN 14 324 821 714, Suite 4, Level 8, 213 Miller St North Sydney NSW 2060
  2. You must live in Australia to enter.
  3. Your entry must be received by the end of each month for judging in that month.
  4. The competition is judged once per month in the first week of each month.
  5. Up to three entries may be made per entrant.
  6. An entry must be the original work of the entrant themselves.
  7. Entries may be digitally manipulated.
  8. Entries will be judged by Dinosaurs Galore staff. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Dinosaurs Galore will take into account the age of the child during the judging process.
  10. One winner will be awarded each month. The prize for winning is a $50 gift voucher that can be redeemed on the Dinosaurs Galore website.
  11. Dinosaurs Galore reserves the right not to award a winning entry.
  12. Dinosaurs Galore may at its discretion nominate one or more highly commended entrants.
  13. Only the winners and highly commended entrants will be contacted by Dinosaurs Galore.
  14. Entrants agree that Dinosaurs Galore may use their personal details for the purpose of conducting the competition.
  15. Winners and highly commended entrants agree to the publication of their name and state and entry on the Dinosaurs Galore website and any marketing, publicity, educational and publication uses associated with the competition. Entrants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  16. Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  17. Information about how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions.
  18. Entering the competition indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions by the parent or guardian on behalf of children under the age of 18. The awarding of the winning entry is subject to confirmation of parental or guardian consent to these terms and conditions.
