Stegosaurus Skeleton - 3D Metal Model Kit
A Metal Magic 3D Laser Cut Stegosaurus Skeleton Model Kit. Cut from two 11cm square thin sheets of metal, with easy to follow instructions, just pop out the pieces and bend the tabs to construct this model. Stegosaurus is a type of armoured dinosaur. Their fossil bones have been found in rocks dated to the Late Jurassic period, between 155 to 150 million years ago. It had a heavily rounded back, short forelimbs, head held low to the ground and a stiffened tail held high in the air. The double plates along its back were most likely used for defence and may also have regulated its temperature. Stegosaurus weighed about 6,800 pounds and was 9 feet tall.
