Australovenator is from the Early Cretaceous age 108-95 million years ago from Australia. Its name means 'Southern Hunter' and its remains were found at the Matilda site near Winton Queensland Australia. A bipedal carnivore Australovenator was 2 meters tall and 6 meters long with a weight of about 500 to 1000 kilos however it would have been a lightweight predator and could possibly move quite quickly, bit of a hope skip and run.
